Myspace and CSS Ninjas?

Anybody out there a CSS ninja? I have a friend who needs help designing a myspace page to look a certain way. I was trying to help a little bit, but I have really dabled into the CSS head on and worked with html for quite some time, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Even a link or resource would be nice that would be specific to organizing myspace pages. Here’s a graphic of what they would like the page to look like.
