Man, just looking at this trailer, he is very successfully reaching a whole generation of young people with a message the he fervently believes in, and those kids really appear to be eating it up.

Now, I like Moore’s movies. I find him to be funny and his movies are entertaining. I think it’s good to try to see things from a different point of view, and documentaries help to do that. I know that there are issues with his tactics, and as with any point of view, you have to take things with a grain of salt, weighing the pros and the cons of the side and issue.

Regarding this video, what’s up with the people who get up and do the Lord’s Prayer during the meeting? What did they hope to accomplish by doing that?

The David Crowder Band is releasing their Remedy Club Tour Live CD/DVD on August 19th, and I’m doing my little part to let you know about it. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, August 19th.

As usual, David Crowder and his friends are doing things a little different. The the day before the new album drops, for one night only, in 100 theatres across the country, you will have the opportunity to watch the DVD live at a local movie theatre. Seems like a pretty neat idea, and if I had a theatre nearby that was showing it, I would more than likely be there. Here’s David Crowder giving you some more details about the album and theatre showing (well, trying to, I think… )

All I can say is wow… this movie took comic book movies to another level. Why so serious? Because it is.

Tons of new features for the new Xbox experience just hit. Rip full games to the hard drive, access (and queue) marketplace on the web and come home to find them downloaded to your console, a completley new dashboard with all of the current dashboard’s functionality built-into the guide; along with Avatars and 16:10 support for wide screen monitors.

I sold my 360 a while back, but I am definitely looking forward to getting one when Gears of War 2 and any new Splinter Cell game comes out. With the updates and improvements Microsoft has been making to their console, it’s getting harder to imagine resisting that splurge once GoW2 releases. These updates sound pretty sweet.

Came across this at the local AMC theatres. Thought it was pretty neat. It’s definitely shaping up to be a good summer for movies, especially comic book ones. If you didn’t know, another Incredible Hulk movie is coming out this year with non Edward Norton playing Eric Banner. Ed Norton. I have a feeling it should be pretty good.

I’m looking forward to movies this summer…

This is not a movie review. This is me saying that I saw this movie, and it was powerful. I can’t imagine what it would be like to go through the experience that she had to go through even having the visuals placed in front of me.

Yes ladies and gents, U2 finally arrived in 3D for in good ol’ Tallahassee. It was probably one of the few shows that U2 has had that did not sell out.

I loved it. I thought the show was great, the 3D effects were great and the music sounded awesome.

They hit a lot of their classics, but there were a few newer songs missing that I would have liked to see/hear, but overall, the movie sounded and looked wonderful.

My wife has a hard time staying up past 9:30 pm though and slept through a majority of the film (the show started at 10:15). I know, I think she got dropped on her head as a baby. She’s actually got this little unicorni spot on the top of her head… Nevermind.

Anyway, now my next step is to actually catch a U2 concert live. Looking forward to that one.

This is me sharing a geek photo. I already mentioned Gears of War 2. I’m still on the Gears of War 2 kick so I’m sharing this photo.

Who wishes that thing was real? Nothing quite like a chainsaw attached to a machine gun, right?

This movie is freakin’ ridiculous when it comes to the violence and action you see on the screen. It definitely does not shy away at war and the graphic nature of it and maybe it takes it a little over the top (for a movie). I wasn’t sure whether to laugh or be shocked at some of the images (take that and judge me how you will).

It’s an entertaining movie, but it’s a fast food movie. With that, I leave you with a “See it if you want, but you wont miss much if you don’t!” (except for a lot of dismembered body parts). The ultimate guy movie.
